Ford vehicle armoring projects focus on the Ranger pickup and the Transit van. The Ranger double cab is engineered at VR8; in Transit projects the driver cabin and the cargo or passenger compartment are protected separately as required.
Bulletproof glass, run-flat tyres and reinforced brakes and suspension are standard.
